Don't Miss Bingo night on September 10th, 5:30-8PM. 

Have fun with other members and guests as we raise money to benefit St. Judes Children’s Cancer Research Hospital.  Minimum donation of $25 get you 3 bingo cards.  Additional bingo cards and refreshments available.  Please sign-up at the front desk.

Club Improvements

Have you seen and experienced the new fitness equipment we received this month?  We are very excited to have 3 new pieces of state of the art equipment added- 2 Precor AMT cardio machines and 1 Technogym Kinesis One.  Wellbridge is the only fitness facility in the state of Missouri with the Kinesis One trainer.  Want to learn more?  We invite you to attend one of our complimentary demos sessions:

 New flooring is coming this month for the free weight area.  During this time some of the equipment will not be available for use.  Don't worry, though, as we will have some fun activities to keep your workouts fresh and motivating as we do the upgrades.
