Join Michael Thomas for an outdoor bootcamp class to take your fitness to the next level. Non-stop work and body weight exercises will ignite your metabolism to help you shed fat for a new you! This program also includes bi-weekly weigh-ins to keep track of how you progress. Total program for $420.
