What is the Spinning program?
Created by Johnny G in 1989, the Spinning program is the original and most recognized name in indoor cycling. Only Spinning offers the most comprehensive training, marketing support and incentive programs in the industry.

What is the difference between studio cycling and Spinning?
The Spinning Philosophy provides our instructors with sound training principles and motivational coaching skills that are the heart and soul of the Spinning program.  The Spinning program instructor education is the gold standard in indoor cycling, offering workshops, home studies, online education, the World Spinning and Sports Conference, as well as the most widely recognized certification program in the world.

What is an Official Spinning Center?
Over 20,000 facilities worldwide have made the Spinning program and the Spinner bike their number one choice for education and equipment for their indoor cycling program. To become an Official Spinning Center, the facility must have Spinner bikes, JG Certified Spinning instructors who are current in their certifications and a signed license agreement. Only Official Spinning Centers are authorized to use the Spinning logo and trademarks.
