No Sweat Lunch Hour Yoga (Yin Yoga)
This sweat proof one-hour class is perfect for a beginner level student wanting to add yoga to their wellness regimen, or a seasoned student looking to add a softer, more restorative experience to their practice.
Yin yoga integrates pranayama, asana, meditation and long holds to produce a deeper physical and mental opening in your practice. Experience the “yin” technique of releasing muscular tension to sooth and refresh connective tissue of the body.
Consider back-to-back classes! Come take Vinyasa Flow Yoga beforehand and then follow it up with a deeply calming yin practice.
