How to Get Started - Pilates Mat
Pilates mat is a systematic way to achieve strength, tone, flexibility and posture based on the methods of Joseph Pilates. Exercises are applied to the mat in a group exercising setting rather than on the equipment (reformers, chairs, barrels, etc.). Wellbridge in Clayton offers both the classical and contemporary Pilates mat methodologies. Our Pilates mat classes can be found on the Group Fitness Class Schedule and are complimentary.

Private Pilates Reformer Lesson Rates
Pilates reformer classes take your practice to a new level using the equipment the exercises were created on, enhancing your Pilates experience. Sessions are also offered in private or group settings. Prior to participating in these group sessions, 3 private sessions are recommended.  All sessions are held in the Pilates Studio.  Pilates reformer classes take your practice to a new level using the equipment the exercises were created on, enhancing your Pilates experience.

One-on-one sessions $65/hour
Two-on-one sessions $40/person/hour
Three-on-one sessions $30/person/hour
Discount packages of 4, 8 and 12 are available on private sessions only
