Philosophy
My workout philosophy is to focus on form, purpose and progression. I believe in short, direct, intense and focused workouts, with progression and variety always being incorporated into the mix. Focus is on maximizing my clients efforts and the benefits they achieve from their workouts. Weight training is the critical and often overlooked or underemphasized but critical component in long term weight management. Cardiovascular or aerobic training is what feeds the muscles with oxygen and fuel so that they perform better. The goal is to synergistically integrate cardio with progressive resistance training to increase muscle tone, shape the muscles more aesthetically and improve definition by decreasing body fat.
