Philosophy
Share my fitness enthusiasm through fun, functional and sport specific training. I believe everyone’s body has developed different movement patterns over time based on their skeletal frame, current or previous injuries, job related movements, posture and sports / recreational activities; therefore it is important as a trainer to take these biomechanical differences into consideration. By adding movements of every day life (bending, rotating, reaching) into the exercise routine clients benefit from a well-rounded workout. Nontraditional movements come together with traditional exercises, flexibility, balance, plyometric or power training to create workouts that are both challenging and effective. The body is an amazing machine, a puzzle of movements that occur simultaneously, how magnificent it is!
