Philosophy
One of my long term fitness goals is to be 85 years old and still be able to put my own luggage in the overhead storage bin while taking a vacation with my family. This sort of goal will require a healthy life practice, which includes strength training, proper nutrition, coordination, happiness and grace. The future relies on positive action and action occurs in the present. Act now to secure a happy tomorrow. We are all human beings and we all require certain basic stimulation in order to achieve productive change in our physical condition. We are all also personal beings and have individual preference as to enjoyment of activity and our own fitness goals, which require a custom work out and life plan that is both effective and sustainable. Working with me will allow for the design of a fitness program which will give you the results and enjoyment you are looking for.
