Improve posture, decrease aches and pains throughout prenancy and gain or maintain your strength and flexibility with your changing body.  Led by Personal Trainers Karin Lodes and Jenni Smith.

FiT Women
Being strong doesn't mean sacrificing femininity!  Weight training for women is a incredibly beneficial thing to do.  Develop increased confidence, make it easier to burn fat, increase strength and bone density, and improve flexibility and posture. This program will inspire you to be stronger and create a desire to train in a manner than sees results and progression in terms not just of shape but of strength and health.

Four week sessions, 2 days a week

TRX
This variable resistance bodyweight training will move you through multiple planes of movement while improving functional strength, core stability, balance and flexibility.

Thursday, 8am and Wednesdays 6pm

Cardio Zone
Target heart rate training utilizing the Treadmill, Elliptical and Spin Bike.  Get off your plateau and improve your cardiac health.

Classes offered Spring and Fall, 6 sessions, $180

Join our champion triathalon team for this 14 week training program.  Everyone is welcome, from beginners to experienced athletes.  Training starts January 24, 2011.  Learn more and sign up at one of our informational meetings on January 17 at 7pm and January 18 at 5:30pm.

NutriBody
Join our Dietitians and Personal Trainers in a super powered weight loss program designed to encourage and educate you to change your habits and create a healthier you. During this 8 week program you will receive individualized instruction on “smart” activities that will effectively burn more fat, create healthier food choices, guide portion control and appetite. Weekly group meetings address the emotional and social challenges of weight loss and control. New program starting March 7, 2011.
