Fitness Programs
Group Exercise
Both the Clayton and Town & Country locations offer a fun, varied and safe Group Fitness schedule. Each class is taught by certified and energized instructors. With over 150 classes per week to choose from including step, spinning, yoga, kickboxing, sculpt and mat pilates, you will always be challenged and motivated.
Aquatics
Wellbridge Athletic Club & Spa provides year round access to a variety of water sports. Private, individual and group lessons, as well as water aerobics classes, are available.
Training
Personal Training
One-on-one exercise sessions provided by certified Personal Trainers benefit the individual who has never exercised as well as the professional athlete. Our Trainers specialize in specific areas including weight loss, sports performance, endurance, and body toning to help each client achieve their individual goals.
Fitness Orientations
New members receive a personal fitness assessment, body composition analysis, instructions on how to use the exercise equipment, and recommendations for an individualized workout program upon joining the Club. Book your appointment today.

Pilates mat and allegro classes are available to members and non-members of the club in our private pilates studio. All Trainers are certified and new techniques are always being offered, get started today.

Full Service Spa
Both Wellbridge Athletic Club & Spa locations are proud to host a peaceful retreat for members and non-members after a great workout or for a weekend escape. Our Spa’s certified therapists provide a wide variety of innovative spa treatments including massage therapy, facial treatments, body treatments, waxing and nail services. This service is open to members and non-members, so enjoy a day with friends or purchase a Spa Gift Certificate today. Rejuvenate your mind and body in our steam room or sauna, or relax entirely in our whirlpool. We offer clean, upscale, and soothing facilities in each of our locker rooms, and we are able to give you the tranquility and privacy you desire after a great workout or long day at the office.
